I provide training sessions both in person and online, to make sure that I can fit to your schedule in whatever way works for you.

 
 
 

In Person Coaching

If you’re new to training and want to learn how to lift weights, or maybe you’re more advanced and want to fine-tune your performance in the gym – either way, one to one coaching is a great choice.

We will start the process with a consultation - basically a chat and a cuppa! A chance for me to get to know you and your goals. Also, a chance for you to ask me questions too. 

The next part of the process will be movement assessment - Don’t let this scare you! This isn’t a pass or fail test. This is for me to see where you are at so I can meet you there. Two people might have the same goals but might need two very different routes of getting there, and the assessment helps me to determine what that route might be.

As well as the in person coaching sessions we have together, you will have the option to add tailored programming to follow for any sessions you do without me. This programming will take into consideration your goals, lifestyle and the time you have available to train. We want this to fit around you and where you’re at so that it’s sustainable and something you can be consistent with.

Online Coaching

“What if I can’t find the things I need? What exercises am I meant to do? Am I doing them right? How many sets? How many reps? What if someone SPEAKS TO ME? OH MY GOD HOW DO I ADJUST THIS MACHINE WITHOUT LOSING A FINGER?”

Sound familiar? If so, my online coaching option has you covered.

Your programme will be created based on your goals and equipment you have available to you. I will take into consideration your lifestyle and the time you have available to train to make sure that it’s sustainable and manageable - the programme should fit around you, not the other way around.

Programming will be sent to you weekly via True Coach, an online coaching platform. It allows you to track your training sessions and includes video demonstrations of each exercise. You can also upload videos for coaching feedback from me. It’s just like having a little PT (me️) in your pocket to guide you through. All you have to do is show up, and do the thing!

£150 every 4 weeks.
