Hello, I'm Christie!
My pronouns are she/her.
I am a Glasgow-based personal trainer obsessed with movement and lifting heavy things.
I have always been active throughout my life but my love affair with lifting started about 9 years ago. Learning to lift weights changed the way I viewed my body, I started to appreciate my body for all the cool shit that it could do and worried less and less about what it looked like. I owe alot to training, it constantly reminds me that I can do hard things. It also reminds me that my body is so much more than how it looks.
I am passionate about helping people to get comfortable in a gym environment, knowing that they have every right to be there and to take up space. The gym is for EVERY SINGLE ONE OF US and don’t let anyone tell you otherwise OKAY? Good. Glad we cleared that up.
